EXCHANGE & DEFECTS
Kindly note that items purchased is strictly not refundable and exchanges are based on stocks availability. All items mailed back have to be in the original package intact. All exchanges have to be mailed back to Sinotron United Pte Ltd with a traceable mode of delivery. Sinotron United Pte Ltd will only proceed with the exchange upon receiving the exchange parcel and we will not be liable for any lost parcel occurred during the transit.
