Position available:

 

1. LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of import and export documents, permit declarations and custom clearance.

• Coordinate sea / air freight shipments, courier service and transport arrangement.

• Book services with coleaders for import / export and trans-shipment.

• Preparation of shipping documents.

• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

 Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Logistics and import / export documentation knowledge.

• PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and etc).

• Must be resourceful, proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented.

• Independent, hardworking, and meticulous with positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work with attention to detail.

• Negotiation skills.

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/clients.

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

 

 2. SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR 

Responsibilities:

• Support sales team.

• Handle email/phone enquiries.

• Process sales order and follow up payment with clients.

• Coordination, monitor and troubleshooting assistance for clients order, account statuses and other relevant problems.

• Coordination of shipping schedule.

• Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list etc).

• Follow up with clients on the phone for administrative purposes.

• Handle ad hoc task assigned.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in clients communications.

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the clients.

• Knowledge in office supplies or office automation would be an advantage.

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

 

3. SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Increase sales of office / enterprise solution to current and prospective clients.

• Prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new and existing accounts.

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations.

• Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling, up-selling and cross selling activities with an account.

• Prepare standard quotations and proposals.

• Sales and product training provided.

 

 Requirements:

• Minimum 'O'/'N' Level and above.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Required skills: B2B sales would be an advantage.

• Self-motivated and initiative individuals.

• Possess strong negotiation and selling skills.

• Must be able to manage a given set of territory and accounts.

• Provided good after sales and customer service.

• Knowledge in office supplies or office automation would be an advantage.

• Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
